Shipping When will I receive my order? After placing your order, it takes between 2 to 5 business days to process. After that, shipping times will vary based on your location:
- USA: 3-4 business days
- Europe: 3-7 business days
- Australia: 2-14 business days
- Japan: 4-8 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Where is my order shipped from? We partner with an on-demand printing company that operates centers all over the world!
Will I have to pay customs fees on my order? International orders might be subject to additional customs fees, which are out of our control and are determined by your local customs office. Customs policies vary greatly among countries, so we recommend checking with your local authorities for clarification.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do? Before contacting us:
- Check your confirmation email to ensure no mistakes in the shipping address.
- Ask about your order at your local post office.
- Check with your neighbors to see if the courier left your package with them. Pro tip: To avoid theft, if you won't be home on the delivery day, use your work address or wherever you'll be. If your address was correct, and you've done the above, please email us at info@planetadecafe.com with your order number. Should there be an issue with your shipping address, we can resend your product, but you will bear the costs. Pro tip: Your postal code is crucial. Ensure you enter it correctly!
Orders How are the products made? We work with an on-demand dropshipping provider with production and logistics centers worldwide. Orders are printed and shipped from the location nearest to the customer's end address.
How can I track my order? If your shipping method includes tracking, you'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. If you have questions about your shipment, contact us at info@planetadecafe.com.
I received a wrong or damaged product. What do I do? We apologize for any inconvenience. Please email us within a week of receiving your order at info@planetadecafe.com with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details about the order. We'll get back to you with a solution ASAP!
Returns What is your return policy? We don't offer returns or exchanges, but if there's an issue with your order, please contact us at info@planetadecafe.com.
Do you offer refunds? We only offer refunds to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this happens, please contact us at info@planetadecafe.com with photos of your item, and we'll find a solution.
Can I exchange a product for a different size or color? We currently don't offer exchanges. If unsure about the size that will fit you best, refer to our size guides on product descriptions. If there's a rare occurrence of a labeling error, contact us within a week of delivery at info@planetadecafe.com . Include your order number and photos of the product in question, and we'll assist you ASAP!
